What you need to know:
Your health is the single most important thing you have and you have more control over it than you may realize. You are not destined to play only the cards you were dealt at birth; your lifestyle and daily habits contribute 70% or more to the outcomes of your health; your body was designed to be vibrant and energetic; and YOU have the answers within to live a better, more healthful life.
No two people are alike and this program can help you discover your bio-individual path to good health. Here, Michelle offers a sneak-peek into the one-on-one coaching experience that can help you break through barriers that have derailed you in the past. This is not a "one size fits all" program. This is customized with you, for you, and based on where you are now and where you want to go. There is nothing more you are required to purchase (supplements, pills, potions, subscriptions, etc.) to participate in this program and I am not affiliated with any company that sells these things.
Lifestyle and Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching looks at ALL areas of life that "nourish" you - from the food you eat and how you move your body, to your relationships, career, routines, mindset and beliefs - all areas of life that impact your health and well-being.
And, most important, this is a NO JUDGEMENT zone.
In these coaching sessions, we will:
- Examine what can be changed about your current state of health.
- Identify and problem-solve areas of your life that are holding you back from realizing the health, vitality, and energy you are designed to have.
- Tap into your undeniable potential to breakthrough barriers and thrive.
- Begin creating new habits and systems - step-by-step - that will help you uncover your healthier, happier self while moving away from the habits that no longer serve you.
- Give you tools and resources to help you explore how to feel and look your best.
- Create space for breakthroughs.
- Create goals and action plans realistic for where you are now and where you'd like to see yourself, next week, next month, next year, and well into the future.
This program DOES NOT:
- Promise to diagnose, cure, or prevent disease.
- Promise to replace your prescribed medications.
- Replace your medical or mental health practitioner's or nutritionist's diagnoses or direction.
- Do the work for you - that is 100% up to YOU!
Each 50-minute weekly Zoom session (to be held over 12 consecutive weeks) is structured as follows:
- 5 minutes for reflection on your current state (what went well the previous week, what didn't).
- 10 minutes of analysis (WHY are things working/not working?).
- 25 minutes of "coaching" : exploring ideas for moving forward.
- 10 minutes of action-planning for the following week.
In addition to your scheduled weekly session, there are 3 hours each week of "open coaching" where you can TEXT or E-MAIL your questions directly to me. Those dates and times are: Mondays from 7AM to 8AM ET; Wednesdays from 12PM to 1PM ET; and, Fridays from 7AM to 8AM ET. All texts/emails will be responded to on a first come/first served basis and will only be answered within those time frames.
What about AFTER the bootcamp?
Twelve weeks is enough time to explore and create an action plan, to get the guidance you need to launch new habits, and learn to navigate external obstacles that arise in daily life. The one-on-one sessions and open coaching sessions are the first steps in lifestyle change and you may find that's the kick in the pants you needed to get and keep going! Transformations happen by consistently taking action over time - even when things get boring, even when you don't want to, even when things get hard.
Each person will have a different pace and different requirements for support. So, at the end of these sessions, we can schedule an additional (free) session to evaluate what more is needed and determine a plan of action (group accountability, continued 1x1 coaching, etc.) if needed at that time.

NOTE: When you check out, please pick a date/time for your FIRST session and the Zoom link to join your scheduled call will be attached to your confirmation. Please be sure to mark coach@michellelappin.com on your "safe" list in email. The first session is a call to familiarize us with each other and set the tone for the next twelve weeks. We will schedule your coaching sessions (twelve weekly consecutive sessions) on that first call. The coaching sessions must be scheduled over consecutive weeks.
